- Select “Delivery & Payment Method”, confirm “Order Summary”, then “Proceed to Checkout”
- Fill in your contact and delivery details, then complete your payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation email from us once the order is established
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking details.

- Domestic (Taiwan):Free shipping for an order over NT$7,000; or NT$80 shipping fee per an order. — Estimated 2 - 3 business days after dispatch
- 7-11 / FamilyMart Convenience Store Pickup:Free shipping for an order over NT$7,000; or NT$80 shipping fee per an order. — Estimated 2 - 3 business days after dispatch
- Offshore Islands / Remote Areas:Free shipping for an order over NT$7,000; or NT$80 shipping fee per an order. — May require 5 - 7 business days after dispatch

- Once the order is placed, changes cannot be made. If you’d like to add other items, please place another orders, and the shipping fee is calculated as we mention above.
- If incorrect shipping information results in delivery failure, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- All the products on the Celestine official website are available in limited ready-to-ship quantities. However, availabilities may vary depending on production timelines, demand and inventory levels. For out-of-stock items, we welcome you to place a pre-order, your pieces will be prepared and delivered within approximately 14 to 30 days.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Your order will begin processing once payment has been confirmed. Shipments are arranged in sequence based on the time of payments. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, shipping may take slightly longer.
- If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you wish to split the shipment before the 30-day pre-order window has passed, a separate shipping fee will be required.
- In the event that a pre-order item becomes unavailable due to material shortages or unforeseen production issues, you may choose from the following options:
1. Exchange for another item of equal value: If the new item exceeds the original value, you will be required to pay the difference; If the new item is of lesser value, the balance can be refunded or converted into Celestine official website credits.
2. Receive Celestine official website credits, the credits has no expiration date.
3. Request a refund: For credit card payments, we will process the refund to your card; For ATM bank transfers, please provide your account details for refund processing.
